Mindhunters

Mindhunters: Patricia Velasquez

Mindhunters

Cast: Jonny Lee Miller, LL Cool J, Kathryn Morris, Patricia Velasquez, Clifton Collins Jr., Val Kilmer, Christian Slater, Eion Bailey

Hiding within a group of eight FBI profilers is a serial killer. In the ultimate test of their crime-solving savvy, these endangered young agents – each compelled by his or her secret past to probe the criminal mind - must figure out who among them is a ruthless predator . . . before, one by one, they all fall prey to the killer's ingenious plan.

With MINDHUNTERS, director Renny Harlin ("Cliffhanger," "Die Hard 2," "Deep Blue Sea," "Driven") gives the serial killer thriller an edge-of-your-seat whodunit twist. Inspired by Agatha Christie's "Ten Little Indians," the story crescendos in suspense as a group of brand new profilers realize that a terrible evil has entered their circle – and there may be no way out alive.

When a simulated FBI training exercise turns shockingly real, with one of the agents meeting an unexpected demise, the profilers realize this is more than a final exam -- it's a battle for their lives. Completely isolated, the agents have no choice but to solve the heinous crime on their own. But how can they trust one another when they each possess the skills, the motives and the means to be the murderer? No one is above suspicion, or the perils of overwhelming fear, as they use everything in their power to uncover the killer's identity and end the relentless hunt.

The ensemble cast of MINDHUNTERS includes Val Kilmer, Christian Slater, LL Cool J, Jonny Lee Miller, Kathryn Morris, Clifton Collins Jr., Will Kemp, Patricia Velasquez and Eion Bailey. The film, directed by Renny Harlin, is written by Wayne Kramer and Kevin Brodbin. The executive producers are Moritz Borman, Guy East, Nigel Sinclair and Renny Harlin. The film is produced by Cary Brokaw, Jeffery Silver, Bobby Newmyer and Rebecca Spikings.

The Divide

The Divide

The Divide

Cast: Michael Biehn, Milo Ventimiglia, Lauren German, Rosanna Arquette, Michael Eklund, Patricia Velasquez

Director Xavier Gens follows his $99 Million grossing ‘Hitman’ with The Divide - a high concept post-apocalyptic thriller that opens with pandemonium and a chaotic sprint towards the basement of a New York apartment building, just moments before the city outside is decimated…

When a cataclysmic explosion devastates New York, eight strangers take refuge in the basement of their apartment building, a converted fallout shelter designed by their paranoid superintendent Mickey. With just three connecting rooms it’s barely big enough, but with stockpiles of food and water, the group are at least safe from the horrors outside, and they settle in and attempt to fathom the catastrophe that has ended the lives of so many of their loved ones.

But suddenly men in HAZMAT suits storm their shelter and open fire. The strangers join forces in a desperate bid to take on this enemy, with no-one understanding what these HAZMATS are looking for, and what drives them to be so merciless.

With fatalities on both sides and the remaining HAZMATS temporarily pushed back and locked out, the worst is yet to come for the group. Cabin fever sets in as the perception of the shelter shifts from safe-haven to claustrophobic rat-trap. Fear of radiation-poisoning and dwindling supplies play on their minds, while the young, beautiful Eva has more immediate worries… Her fiancé Sam is weaker than the other males, who are slowly starting to regress into ruthless, violent, predators.

As tension mounts their sanctuary becomes a living hell, and with Sam powerless to protect Eva, she must rely on her wits to save herself from becoming the mercy of the pack in a thrilling final act.

With twists and turns throughout, and no way of knowing who will make it out alive, The Divide is an action packed psychological thriller that combines ‘Assault on Precinct 13’ with ‘Lord of the Flies’. To survive the end of the world, you first must survive each other...
